5 Keys to How Isaiah 58ihs
works to Build and Sustain Relationships
1. Spiritual Introduction:
Consistent Faith-Based Programming: Develop and maintain a regular schedule for Bible studies and church services on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays to provide consistent spiritual support.
Discipleship: Bible studies that provide the word of God explained through lived experience for all to understand.
Evangelize: Between one-on-one conversations, weekly services, partner outreach organizations, thru Bible provision, and pamphlets to share the word of God.
2. Deliver Compassionate Outreach:
Holiday Helping Hands Project: Organize and execute seasonal outreach program to provide support and care during the holidays and beyond.
Home Visits and Connections: Plan and implement regular visits to individuals in need, send personalized cards, and invite them to community events.
Celebration Station: Continue to grow this space dedicated to celebrating achievements and fostering community spirit.
Gap Filler Ministry: Continue to meet the needs of our neighbors that other ministries and agencies either can’t or won’t help with.
Mission Trip to Tulsa: Provide teaching and outreach through Biblical compassion by going to visit other ministries and nonprofits and hearing stories of transformed lives because of Christ.
3. Promote Love and Community:
Volunteer and Community Events: Schedule and host various events throughout the year both on-site and off-site to encourage community involvement and volunteer participation.
Annual Donor Event: Organize a yearly event to recognize and celebrate donors, strengthening relationships and appreciation.
Donor Appreciation: Send personalized thank-you cards to express gratitude to donors and maintain engagement.
Community Service: We are an approved site for the City of Tulsa, Tulsa county, Rogers County and Owasso. We also provide opportunities for elementary, middle and high school students.
Lunch and Learns: Invite partners, supporters and church goers to meet together to break down incorrect stereotypes regarding our neighbors’ suffering and struggles of all kinds and how you can help.
4. Develop Affordable Housing:
Isaiah’s Neighborhood – A Place to Belong: On our 1.3 acres, Isaiah’s neighborhood will be developed and constructed to serve those in need of affordable housing because of financial or medical needs. Residents will participate in a community model and it will be a prototype for churches to build and implement on their property and we’ll show you how!
5. Foster Community Partnerships:
Expand Connections: Increase opportunities for key team members, like Deni, to network with other organizations and build strategic partnerships.
Service Integration: Assess and select the services provided and collaborate with other organizations to address gaps and enhance support for meeting community needs.
